recycling pirates

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

So this is my solution to the people who insist on taking my recycling bin every week! Last monday was the first time my skull and cross bones bin went up to the trash area, and it was there when i picked up the cans! Usually somebody takes your bin. They either take the cleanest one or just take mulitple containers 'cause they are more important than you! anyway, what do you think? would that keep you from stealing my bin?
